Mooncakes and Art

dani-dear: so these two were my attempts at my AP Lit teacher’s gift and here’s the story: so i made an earlier attempt but forgot to draw a 1-inch border so i DID and I WAS LIKE OK I’M GONNA PUT THIS GOOD ONE FARTHER AWAY FROM ME AND PAINT ON THE MESSED UP ONE TO FIGURE OUT HOW I WANNA GO ABOUT THIS BUT i forgot and ended up painting the good drawing with the 1-inch border and so it became just a thing for me to experiment on for the actual painting (which i have posted on tumblr before if you go through the “my-art” tag)… my mom wants to keep it tho because she still think it looks good and she “can’t tell” that i messed up also lol sorry i’m now addicted to badly photo-editing stuff yeah gonna reblog this here too View Larger

i forgot

dani-dear: another one of those art projects for art ii! earlier this semester we were working on watercolor and we had to use at least three different techniques and i used salt, wet-on-wet, wet-on-dry, and splatter. this was the piece the judges chose for the whole art thing and to be honest i don’t think i ever cared much for this one??? mostly due to painting the lady’s skin haha omg…… View Larger

so a friend of mine introduced me to a social networking thing called Vine…..
not sure how to explain it but it’s free and it’s for iphones and so you could possibly install it on the ipod??? I did this with the ipad.

speaking of procreate when i was new to the app (well “newer” would be more appropriate since despite the fact that i’ve had it for a while, i still dunno what i’m doing), i guess i doodled a guy for a story idea i had and then i went to the bathroom to do SOMETHING??? and i came back and saw what my mom and sister had done (mom’s on the right and sister’s on the left) and i never posted this so here View Larger
